Tree Top's Smugglers Cottage children's playhouse is a large (8x5'6") apex roofed kids playhouse. It has two chimneys, a stable-style single door, plus four windows with shutters, and window boxes to front and side. Please be aware that although these playhouses are manufactured from good quality Swedish timber, they are supplied untreated.

Installation: We can arrange for your playhouse to be installed upon delivery, so you can just sit back and watch it appear before your very eyes !
Top Coat: The playhouses arrive pre-treated (with a base coat of spirit based treatment). It's recommended that a top coat of treatment / stain be applied. We can arrange for this to be applied before it's delivered.
Decorative Coat: To achieve the look in our images the playhouse will have to be painted. We can do this during the manufacturing process giving a fantastic finish. Please see the below colour options and make your selection using the drop down box above.
Bearers: These playhouses need a good solid base, like concrete, a patio or decking. We can supply large timber bearers to stand your playhouse on.

This item is despatched free of charge within 21 working days to most UK postcodes. Other areas come with a delivery surcharge dependent on the postcode. This surcharge will be taken manually before despatch. You will be contacted by the carriers to arrange a convenient date for delivery. Please allow an extra week if you require painting or installation.
