MadFun Delivery Policy
MadFun offer FREE delivery on ALL orders*
For specific delivery information each product page has a Delivery tab with detailed information. Please note that any date or period for delivery shall be considered as indicative only, although it is our policy to try to fulfil all orders as quickly as possible.
Any orders received after 3:00pm on weekdays or orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays will be will be processed the next working day. Please be aware that a few of our products may have an earlier cut off time than 3:00pm, please be sure to check the delivery tab of the product before ordering. Deliveries are usually made on an all-day service. The number of delivery days quoted are indicative and working days ie Monday to Friday. If weekend delivery is available it will be offered to you at checkout for an additional charge depending on the product ordered and your postcode..
Whilst we will make every effort to meet the delivery time given, we use a contracted third party to make our deliveries and therefore the actual delivery is beyond our control. We will not be in breach of contract if we do not deliver within the indicated time period. We ask that all information provided by you is accurate and that you include a daytime contact number, mobile telephone number and email address so we are able to contact you in the event of a delivery query. It is your responsibility to sign for the correct number of parcels received on the carrier's delivery note/electronic scanner. You should notify us of any shortages within 48 hours.
All information relies on there being stock and we endeavour to keep the site up to date with any stock issues. If any product is unavailable at the time of your order we will contact you immediately via e-mail, you will then have the option to wait for the product to come into stock, swap to an alternative (there may be an additional payment required), or we will give you a full refund.
MadFun Ltd cannot be held responsible for delays in the delivery caused by the supplier, or any other third party. At no time will compensation be awarded should delivery take longer than anticipated due to unforeseen circumstances. Unless otherwise specified, all products must be signed for. The Customer must request any other delivery method at the time of the order, and goods will be shipped under Customer's responsibility as defined above.
