Construction

This playhouse is made from fully planed and rounded timber. The substantial and solid OSB sheet flooring is long-lasting and offers strength as well as long term performance. The exterior of this playhouse is made from 12mm tongue and groove cladding which locks together to form a hard-wearing and resilient panel against adverse weather.

Preservative / Painting

All playhouses in the Mercia garden building range are supplied with an industry standard base coat for protection during transit. They will require a protective topcoat once installed to ensure longevity and years of enjoyment. This playhouse is also available with the Mercia Ready Painted Service using premium, fully opaque paint that offers exceptional durability with a low maintenance finish. The paint acts as a preservative to protect against mould, UV degradation, weathering and fungal attack. The Ready Painted Service also includes installation saving you time and effort.

Assembly

Our playhouses are supplied in a flat-pack modular design allowing for easy transportation through your house or garage. They are designed for home assembly and come with comprehensive build instructions. No professional experience is necessary. This playhouse is also available with Mercia's professional installation service, their expert fitters will deliver and construct your playhouse and will even take away the packaging at the end!
