Once we have confirmed your order, you will receive a link to the delivery portal where you will be able to select a convenient delivery date. On the day of delivery, the portal will show the estimated 2 hour delivery window. When the driver is about 30 minutes away, you will receive a call from them to let you know that you are their next delivery and you can track your delivery through the portal. Your items will be flat packed and delivered to kerb side only. It is at the driver’s discretion if they help you move the item onto your property. Due to insurance, they are not allowed to enter your home or any buildings.
If you chose the professional installation service; once your order is confirmed, you will receive a questionnaire from the installation team. After the questionnaire is completed and returned, you will then be contacted to arrange the dates for delivery and installation. Delivery and installation are not always on the same day. Playhouses which are being installed by our professional team will be delivered to the build location.

The Mercia Snow White cottage is a great playhouse designed to resemble a real house. It has a traditional design incorporating many features like a veranda and Dorma style windows. This playhouse has a large interior with two storeys, the upper floor is accessed via the internal ladder and has safety railings for peace of mind. The 6 windows give a light and airy play area and allow you to keep an eye on the children without having to interrupt their play.
Supplied treated with a base coat to allow you to decorate however you wish.
This wooden playhouse is manufactured by Mercia using timber sourced from sustainably managed forests and built to exceptional safety standards to meet European Toy Standard EN71.
Construction
This Mercia Playhouse is manufactured with 27 x 28mm framing. It comes with thick tongue & groove cladding on the walls, with a solid sheet (OSB) roof and solid sheet (OSB) floor. A single door with black iron door furniture and safety styrene windows are supplied as standard.
Preservative / Painting
All playhouses in the Mercia garden building range are supplied with an industry standard base coat for protection during transit. They will require a protective topcoat once installed to ensure longevity and years of enjoyment.
DIY Assembly
Our playhouses are supplied in a flat-pack modular design allowing for easy transportation through your house or garage. They are designed for home assembly and come with comprehensive build instructions. No professional experience is necessary.
