Once we have confirmed your order, you will receive a link to the delivery portal where you will be able to select a convenient delivery date. On the day of delivery, the portal will show the estimated 2 hour delivery window. When the driver is about 30 minutes away, you will receive a call from them to let you know that you are their next delivery and you can track your delivery through the portal. Your items will be flat packed and delivered to kerb side only. It is at the driver’s discretion if they help you move the item onto your property. Due to insurance, they are not allowed to enter your home or any buildings.
If you chose the professional installation service; once your order is confirmed, you will receive a questionnaire from the installation team. After the questionnaire is completed and returned, you will then be contacted to arrange the dates for delivery and installation. Delivery and installation are not always on the same day. Playhouses which are being installed by our professional team will be delivered to the build location.

The Snug Tower playhouse will provide hours of fun and amusement for your children. It set on platform for added enjoyment and is compact making it ideal for the smaller garden.
This wooden playhouse is manufactured by Mercia using timber sourced from sustainably managed forests and built to exceptional safety standards to meet European Toy Standard EN71.
Construction
This Mercia Playhouse is manufactured with 28 x 28 mm framing. It comes with 12mm thick tongue & groove cladding on the walls, with an 8mm solid sheet (OSB) roof and 10mm solid sheet (OSB) floor. A single door with black iron door furniture and safety styrene windows are supplied as standard.
Preservative / Painting
All playhouses in the Mercia garden building range are supplied with an industry standard base coat for protection during transit. They will require a protective topcoat once installed to ensure longevity and years of enjoyment. This playhouse is also available with the Mercia Ready Painted Service using premium, fully opaque paint that offers exceptional durability with a low maintenance finish. The paint acts as a preservative to protect against mould, UV degradation, weathering and fungal attack. The Ready Painted Service also includes installation saving you time and effort.
Assembly
Our playhouses are supplied in a flat-pack modular design allowing for easy transportation through your house or garage. They are designed for home assembly and come with comprehensive build instructions. No professional experience is necessary. This playhouse is also available with Mercia's professional installation service, their expert fitters will deliver and construct your playhouse and will even take away the packaging at the end!
