We hope that you will be completely happy with your purchase. However, in the unlikely event that you wish to return an item, you have the right to cancel the contract within 14 days from the day after your goods have been received according to the Consumer Contract (2013).
Returning your goods
If you decide to return the goods, please notify us of your intent to cancel by sending an e-mail to email@example.com and include your name, description of the goods concerned and the order number of the cancelled contract.
Alternatively download a returns form and email this to firstname.lastname@example.org
Finally, please complete a returns form by printing it and include it with your returned goods.

Please note: Elecro returns sent to our head office will be sent onto Elecro and the cost of this will be deducted from your refund
Upon receipt the heater will be checked and if it’s found to be unopened and unused a refund will be processed. Once opened it will need to be sanitised and there will be a small charge of £41.50 + vat held off your refund.
Please be aware that the cost of returning goods is yours and we recommend you return the goods using a trackable service as we cannot be held responsible for items that are lost in transit. You may also find it helpful to photograph the item(s) prior to sending them back to us as a record of their condition. In the event of any damage caused in transit, a visual record of the condition of the item before it was sent will speed up the returns process.
Cancelling before despatch
If you cancel before your goods are despatched, you will receive a full refund. If, however, the goods have been despatched (i.e. the shipment email has been sent), even if not yet delivered, it will be treated as a return and charges will apply.
Returning after assembly
Unfortunately, we are unable to receive and refund any item that has been already assembled or part assembled.
Any charges will be communicated. If your goods were originally despatched with a delivery surcharge due to a request for delivery outside of our normal delivery times, method or areas, the surcharge paid for this service will not be refunded.
Care of goods
You must take reasonable care of the goods and then return the goods to MadFun by registered post or similar, to arrive back with us within 14 days of your notice of cancellation. We strongly advise that you use a tracked service for returning goods. The risk of damage to the goods in transit will be yours as will the cost of returning the item. Items should be returned to us clean, unused and in their original packaging wherever possible.
All goods are inspected on return for any signs of use or damage and we reserve the right to deduct monies from refunds where goods show signs of unreasonable use leading to diminished value. Self-assembly items cannot be returned if assembly is part or fully completed unless the item is faulty.
Refunds will be processed within 14 Days of receipt of returned items, or within 14 days of receiving evidence that the items are in the process of being returned.
