What if I don't have my original order number?
Don't worry! If you don't have the order number, the Model Name and Photos of the trampoline become even more important. Send us a clear photo of the whole trampoline and we can usually identify the model for you.
My trampoline is an older model; are parts still available?
My trampoline is an older model; are parts still available?
We carry stock for many older and even discontinued models. If a direct replacement isn't available, our team can often suggest a compatible alternative or an "upgrade kit" to get you back in action.
I’ve lost my original manual. How do I know which part to ask for?
I’ve lost my original manual. How do I know which part to ask for?
Don’t worry! Most parts can be identified using simple measurements (like frame diameter and spring length) and a few clear photos.
Can I just use a universal part from another shop?
Can I just use a universal part from another shop?
We don't recommend it. Safety parts like nets, mats, and pads are designed for specific frame sizes and spring tensions. Using the wrong part can be dangerous and will void your warranty.

You are more than welcome to call us for advice, but we always require a written request via email. This allows us to track your part numbers and model information accurately to ensure no mistakes are made.
Is it worth repairing my trampoline or should I just buy a new one?
Is it worth repairing my trampoline or should I just buy a new one?
This depends on the age and condition of your frame. If the frame is sturdy and rust-free, replacing a mat or net is much more cost-effective. However, if multiple major components are failing or the frame is bent, our team can advise if it's time for a new model.
Installation & Maintenance
Will I be able to fit the replacement part myself?

Most spare parts, such as springs, safety pads, and nets, are designed for easy home installation. We can often provide digital assembly guides or video links to help you through the process.
The part I received looks slightly different from my old one, is it wrong?
The part I received looks slightly different from my old one, is it wrong?
We often update designs for better safety or durability. As long as our team has verified your model number, the part will be compatible even if the color or material has a slightly newer look.
