1. General Delivery Information
1.1 Free Delivery: We offer free delivery on all orders to the majority of mainland UK addresses.
1.2 Surcharges: Delivery surcharges apply to certain remote areas, including but not limited to parts of Scotland, Northern Ireland, and offshore islands. These charges are calculated at checkout based on your postcode and shown in the table below:

2. Order Processing and Dispatch
2.1 Cut-off Times: The cut-off time for same-day dispatch varies depending on the product.
2.2 Working Days: Any orders received after the specified cut-off time on weekdays, or orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays, will be processed the next working day.
2.3 Indicative Dates: The number of delivery days quoted are indicative and refer to working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).
2.4 Weekend Delivery: If weekend delivery is available for your specific product and postcode, it will be offered at checkout for an additional charge.
3. Delivery Terms and Liability
3.1 Third-Party Carriers: We utilise contracted third-party logistics providers to fulfill deliveries. Consequently, the actual delivery process is beyond our direct control.
3.2 Time Not of the Essence: Any date or period for delivery shall be considered indicative only. MadFun Ltd shall not be in breach of contract, and no compensation will be awarded, should a delivery take longer than anticipated due to unforeseen circumstances, carrier delays, or supplier issues.
3.3 Real-Time Stock: All stock information is provided in real-time. If a product is out of stock, please refer to the "back in stock" date displayed on the product page.
4. Delivery Access and Requirements
4.1 Curbside Delivery: Due to the size and weight of many of our products delivery is strictly curbside/threshold only. This means the driver will deliver the goods to the nearest point to the property accessible by the vehicle (typically the kerb or driveway). Drivers are not permitted and/or not insured to carry items into your garden, through your house, or upstairs.
4.2 Vehicle Access: You must ensure the delivery address is accessible by a large delivery vehicle (including HGVs/7.5-tonne vehicles, where applicable). If delivery fails due to restricted access (for example, narrow lanes, low bridges, weak bridges, weight restrictions, parked vehicles preventing access, or other access constraints) and you did not notify us in advance, we may charge for re-delivery and/or any return-to-sender fees incurred.
4.3 Accuracy of Information: You must provide accurate contact information, including a valid daytime contact number, mobile number, and email address. Failure to provide accurate details may result in delivery delays or failed delivery charges.
5. Receipt of Goods and Proof of Delivery
5.1 Signatures: Unless otherwise specified, all products must be signed for upon delivery. Where you request or agree that goods are left without a signature (including any "leave in a safe place" instruction), this is at your own risk.
5.2 Verification: It is the Customer’s responsibility to verify and sign for the correct number of parcels received as indicated on the carrier’s delivery note or electronic scanner.
5.3 Shortages and Damage: Any shortages or visible damage must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.
5.4 Photo Proof of Delivery (POD): Our carriers are authorised to take a photograph of the delivered goods at your property as proof of delivery. This photo serves as definitive evidence of the condition and location of the delivery.
6. Installation Services (Powered by Taskrabbit)
6.1 Service Provider: Installation and assembly services are provided via our partner, Taskrabbit. MadFun Ltd merely facilitates the booking by providing links to the Taskrabbit platform.
6.2 Independent Contractors: Assembly is performed by "Taskers"—identity and background-checked, independent contractors. Taskers are not employees or agents of MadFun Ltd or Taskrabbit.
6.3 Booking and Payment: All scheduling, communication, and payments for installation are handled directly through the Taskrabbit platform. MadFun Ltd is not responsible for the fulfillment, quality, or conduct of the services provided by Taskers.
6.4 Site Preparation: The Customer is responsible for ensuring a flat, level surface (ideally grass) is available for installation.
6.5 Exclusions: The installation service does not include:
- Groundworks (e.g., digging holes for in-ground trampolines).
- Installation of accessories not explicitly covered in the service booking (e.g., tie-down kits).
6.6 Contractual Relationship: Any disputes regarding installation must be resolved directly through Taskrabbit and are subject to the Taskrabbit "Happiness Pledge" terms.
7. Failed Delivery
If a delivery fails because the Customer is not present at the scheduled time, provides incorrect access information, or refuses a delivery without legal cause, MadFun Ltd reserves the right to charge the Customer for the costs of re-delivery or the return-to-sender fees.
