For now, the service covers trampolines up to 14ft, in all shapes. You'll find every eligible model marked on our site. When you reach the Taskrabbit portal, select the exact size you bought so you're charged correctly. Picking the wrong size can lead to your booking being cancelled by Taskrabbit without a refund, so please choose carefully.
Please note that for in-ground models, this service covers the assembly of the trampoline only; any digging or groundworks must be completed and ready before your Tasker arrives.
Does the assembly service include digging the hole for in-ground trampolines?

No. The service covers building the trampoline only, not groundworks. Your hole needs to be fully dug and ready before your Tasker arrives. You can hire a local gardener or book a separate groundwork Tasker through Taskrabbit for the digging.

We'd recommend waiting until your trampoline has actually been delivered, just in case there are any unforeseen delays or issues with your delivery. It also gives you the chance to check that every box has arrived and all the parts are present and correct.
Once you have everything, then you can book your Tasker for a date that suits you.
Please note that we can't compensate or reimburse you for any losses if you book a Tasker before your trampoline has arrived and it then turns up late or with parts missing. For that reason, we strongly recommend waiting until your delivery is in hand before booking.

MadFun refer you with the service, but the assembly contract is managed entirely through Taskrabbit. Please report any issues with the trampoline itself to us before booking your Tasker.
Once a Tasker is booked, anything to do with the assembly service (refunds, rebooking, Tasker feedback, and so on) is handled by Taskrabbit.
